Over 300 years, Kanmo has devoted to make and sell Hanpen, a white, square, triangle or round surimi product, which is made from kneaded fish, grated glutinous yam, salt and seaweed stock. You must be surprised how fluffy and how tasty their Hanpen is. It is recommended to eat it as itself, and, of course, it is more better to eat it as an ingredient in oden. Single hanpen is sold just at 421yen.
